Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and the existing landscape to define a coherent and sustainable functional architecture.
• Design the target D365 solution and structure migration phases: workshops, decision making, and solution mapping.
• Support consultants and ensure overall consistency of deliverables.
• Present and secure functional choices with clients.
• Contribute to functional quality through documentation, best practices, and impact analysis.
• Maintain continuous awareness of D365 Finance and Operations evolutions to effectively guide clients.

Required Skills

• Higher education degree in finance, supply chain, computer science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience on D365 Finance and Operations or AX, including experience in functional architecture.
• Ability to structure a vision, analyze complexity, and deliver clear recommendations.
• Professional communication skills, strong teaching mindset, and ease with diverse stakeholders.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
• Professional level English.
